Peter J. Laird has more than 25 years of experience in commercial real estate, including several senior management positions with various commercial property investment, development and brokerage companies.

His experience includes investment sales and leasing, specializing in retail properties and shopping centers. He is a licensed California attorney, with a practice emphasis in real estate transactions and leasing. He holds a California real estate broker’s license. He is a member of the California Bar Association and an associate member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.
